Unit arrived well packed without any external damage(well done carrier!). Have just commissioned unit and it looks fantastic. Operation is simple and after 'playing with it ' realistic effects can be achieved. Well done.

We were quite sceptical because of how cheap it was in comparison to other fires of the same size and spec. However, this fireplace is stunning!! So pleased we decided to choose it, it really is a great focal point. Other people can’t believe the price when we tell them! Would highly recommend
We ordered our item on Saturday and was told it would be about a week for delivery the first part was delivered on Tuesday then another one on Thursday. Really happy with how this fireplace looks, and the delivery was so quick, it arrived within 3 or 4 days of ordering. Still need to mount it to my wall, so will update my review once it’s all done. But i assembled it all to test drive the fireplace in case of any faults (highly suggest doing that so you’re not going through the extra hassle if you need to return). The app to control this fireplace is really easy to use as well!

The fireplace looks amazing we all love it but the power consumption is quite steep I wish the company that manufactures it will make it much more economical in the future.
